To see real progress, consistency is key!

You will meet with your group once a week for 2.5 hours (12.5 hours of guided practice in total).
Each week you will be sent an email about an engaging topic for the upcoming week.

By signing up for multiple courses, you create the consistency needed to turn new speaking habits into permanent fluency—moving from 'thinking in English' to simply 'living in English.

Course members may also recommend topics for discussion.

Is there homework?
Is There Homework?
No. This is not a traditional class. All the "work" happens in real time through in-person, real-world discussions. We want you to enjoy speaking without the stress of assignments.
Weekly Topic Previews (Optional) But Highly Recommended
Before each session, you will receive a curated, one-page preview of the upcoming topic. This includes:
Advanced Vocabulary & Idioms: Natural expressions used by native speakers.
Short Video Clips: Engaging, bite-sized multimedia to spark ideas.
Discussion Questions: Thought-provoking prompts to get you thinking.
Reviewing these materials is entirely optional, but it is a fantastic way to build your vocabulary and feel confident before we meet. Whether you like to prepare or prefer to jump right into the conversation, is entirely up to you.
Why This Method Works
Traditional classes focus on memorization, but real fluency comes from social connection and interaction.
In our courses, there are no text-book answers.
The content comes directly from your own life experiences and insights.
By using advanced vocabulary and idioms to share your personal stories, you bridge the gap between "knowing" English to living it.
This active, personally meaningful practice is the fastest, most effective way to build genuine speaking confidence and conversational mastery and fluency.
Can I attend both Friday and Saturday Courses?
Absolutely! Students find that attending both days accelerates their progress.
Remember space is limited to 6 students in each course, so register early to save you seat.
I’m busy—how much preparation is required?
Think of the English Conversation Sourse as a relaxed conversation at a cafe with friends. Real-life conversation is spontaneous and unpredictable—and that is exactly what we practice.
No Homework: You will never have "assignments" to turn in.
The Weekly Preview: Before each lesson, you’ll receive a one-page topic preview. This is not a study guide, but a way to introduce you to the topic and to give you time to think about it.
How Much Preparation is Required? It's up to you. Some students spend 15 minutes glancing at the preview; others like to think deeper and may decide to read and even research the topic. Obviously, the more prepared you are, the more you will gain from each conversation. We recommend students spend 60 minutes per week for each conversation.
The Goal: The Weekly Preview helps you enter the room with confidence, but the magic happens in the spontaneous, authentic dialogue that follows with your group members.
Is this program right for my current English level?
Because our focus is on authentic communication rather than rigid grammar drills, we welcome a range of levels. If you can hold a basic conversation, you’re ready. Our Circles aren't about perfecting grammar; they are about professional fluency.
Intermediate to Advanced: If you can hold a basic conversation but want to speak with confidence, stop translating in your head, think in English, expand your vocabulary, improve your pronuciation, and better understand the connection because American English and culture, this is for you.
Focus on Fluency: We don't just teach you English; we help you use the English you already have more effectively in professional, academic and social settings.
The natural and authentic discussions allow you to live in English and think in English.

Why Do We Meet In a Cafe?
Why meet in a café?
We intentionally choose vibrant local cafés rather than rigid, traditional classrooms to create the perfect environment for natural language acquisition.
A Low-Pressure, Social Atmosphere: Classrooms can trigger the old "test anxiety" we all remember from school. A café environment instantly lowers your stress, allowing you to relax, let your guard down, and speak more freely.
Real-World Fluency Practice: Navigating background noise, ordering a coffee, and interacting in a public space mimics real life. If you can confidently hold a deep conversation in a bustling café, you can do it anywhere—in a business meeting, at a networking event, or a social gathering.
Comfort and Connection: Language is ultimately about human connection. Sharing a conversation over a warm drink naturally fosters a closer, small-group dynamic where everyone feels welcome to share their insights and life experiences.
By stepping out of the classroom, we step directly into how English is actually spoken in the real world.
